Brand Identity

A SaaS social networking platform for companies – Part of the Networks for Good family, Gaggle enables companies to build their own white-label micro social networking platform.

Recognising the growing need for companies to foster their own online communities, we identified an opportunity to expand NFG’s offerings by creating Gaggle—a scalable SaaS platform designed for enterprises. Gaggle would allow businesses to create their own branded social network, enabling them to engage their audiences, drive collaboration, and build loyalty.

As one of the two stakeholders who pitched the idea, I was instrumental in defining the product's vision, gaining leadership buy-in, and shaping its visual identity. My role ensured that Gaggle not only addressed a market need but also fit seamlessly within NFG’s ecosystem of community-focused platforms.

The Pitch:
From Idea to Approval

Market Opportunity:

- Conducted research into the growing demand for branded online communities and the limitations of existing solutions.
- Highlighted the gap in the market for a flexible, enterprise-ready platform that prioritised customisation and scalability.

Product Vision:

- Collaborated with the other stakeholder to define Gaggle’s core purpose and features, including:
   • Custom branding capabilities.
   • Modular design for tailored functionality.
   • Secure tools for networking, content sharing, and engagement.
- Positioned Gaggle as a logical extension of NFG’s mission to foster connections, now tailored to the enterprise space.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Presented the concept to NFG leadership, showcasing its potential to diversify revenue streams and expand NFG’s reach.
- Garnered approval by demonstrating alignment with NFG’s values and its ability to address a new market segment.
